Cancellation Policy

Magnex provides automation system setup and monthly management services for med spas.

Magnex services are month-to-month subscriptions.

You may cancel anytime by emailing [email protected] before your next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing.

Past payments are not refunded.

After cancellation:

  • Automation systems may be paused or removed

  • Access to Magnex management services will end

  • Client data may be exported upon request within 14 days

Magnex is not responsible for system performance after cancellation.
