Magnex Refund Policy

Magnex provides automation system setup and monthly management services for med spas.

1. Setup Fees

The setup fee covers system planning, workflow design, software configuration, and onboarding. Once implementation work has started, the setup fee is non-refundable. If Magnex has not yet started implementation, a refund may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Monthly Subscription Fees

Magnex services are billed monthly in advance. Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel before the next billing cycle, you will not be charged again.

3. Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed, Magnex reserves the right to suspend services until the issue is resolved.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered if required by law.
