Magnex does not provide medical advice or patient services.
Magnex provides automation systems and management services.
We do not guarantee:
• Lead volume
• Appointment numbers
• Revenue results
• Patient conversion rates
Results depend on many factors outside Magnex control.
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate business information
• Follow medical advertising and privacy laws
• Maintain consent for SMS/email communication
• Pay invoices on time
Magnex is not responsible for legal violations caused by client misuse.
• One-time setup fee
• Month-to-month recurring subscription
• Auto-renewal each billing cycle
• Cancellation required before next billing date
Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
Automation workflows, templates, and processes created by Magnex remain Magnex property unless otherwise agreed.
Clients may use systems only for their business.
Magnex is not liable for indirect, incidental, or lost-profit damages.
Total liability is limited to fees paid in the previous 30 days.
Magnex is not responsible for platform outages, SMS carrier delays, or third-party software issues.
Magnex may terminate services for:
• Non-payment
• Abuse of staff
• Illegal use of automation
• Spam or unauthorized messaging
